Gaeleen Quinn

Gaeleen Quinn Industrial Engineer from the Universidad de Los Andes, with an MBA from the SDA Bocconi in Milan, Founder of Q&A, a specialist in gastronomic experiences. She has more than 10 years of experience in the gastronomy industry, starting his career in the Leo Katz as Operations Manager, where she developed the Juan Valdez Stores and managed the opening of the first 10 stores.

 

Gaeleen, arrives to the United States as representative of the Chocolate Amedei and Café Terzi brands after having worked in food in cities like Milan, Rome and London for 3 years.

 

She is currently dedicated to culinary events in NY as in Colombia, being the Director and Founder of the already recognized Bogota Wine and Food Festival, bringing the best talent of the world to the country, helping the local talent and the Colombian gastronomy to obtain the recognition and attention it deserves.

 

 

Iris Quinn

Iris Quinn Professional in Finance and International Relations of the Universidad Externado de Colombia, Founder of Q&A, a specialist in gastronomic experiences, started her career in the CIMD Group organizing the negotiation of market makers in Colombia, which required a great deal of work public relations and marketing to be pioneers in this type of negotiations.

 

She passes to the corporate table of the Bank of Bogota to attend all the financial needs of the largest companies in the country.

In 2001, she settles in Miami and worked in the real estate sector; Marketing and strategic sales for growing international sectors. Creates and coordinates the elite sales groups obtaining a Superior and highly cooperative performance. She is a member of the Chairman's Club for making annual sales greater than 5 million dollars. 

 

In 2010 he returns to Colombia to create the BWFF together with his sister.

 

 

NATALIA URIBE MEDINA

Natalia Cook, pastry chef at the gastronomy school Gato Dumas and food styling. Has 4 and a half years of experience, beginning with three internships at Artegel Italia, Diana García chef en movimiento and Armagnac.

 

He has served as pastry chef and head chef in Bravo restaurant, executive chef in el Roble restaurant. Producer of the 2016 Bogotá wine and food Festival, pastry chef of Fork Catering and currently Manager of Operations in 2017 Bogota Wine and food festival

 

 
 

 

CAMILO CASILIMAS

Camilo Casilimas Born in Bogota Colombia on May 17, 1986. Foodie, extreme sportsman for more than 4 years, sociologist and political scientist from the National university of Colombia. Second consecutive year at the Bogota wine and food festival as administrative Manager.

 
 

DANIELA CHARRY

Cook and pastry chef from the Cat Dumas gastronomy school, trip and good food lover. God is the most important thing in her life and her greatest passion is pastry. Second consecutive year in the Bogota wine and food festival leading the logistics of each event. She has worked in Armanac, in the renowned Osaka brand in the pastry area, in Fork catering and in Jacques pastry as hostess.

 

She currently has a gastronomy blog called @ privilegios2017.

 
 

STEVEN CHAPARRO

Born on August 18, 1992, he is finishing his law degree at Universidad del bosque, sport lover especially golf and car racing.

 

 

Currently works in the CTC oil company, associated with Linde and Ecopetrol in licitation and commercial advice. Enjoy gastronomy, its second consecutive year of participation in the Bogota wine and food festival as manager of the tourism for the chefs invited to Colombia.

 
 

DANIEL MELO

NATALIA MENDEZ

Professional in Finance of International Relations with an MBA focused on entrepreneurship.

 

She takes a break and decides to follow his passion of being a cook, graduating from Gato Dumas two years ago. After a year of research and visiting the best ecosystem of entrepreneurship, Israel and Silicon Valley, sets out to create its own company, ENE Food Design, which has been around for a year turning it around "catering"; in Colombia and developing the use of food as a marketing tool for any sector and brand.

MIGUEL MONTAÑEZ

Born in the city of Sogamoso, Boyacá and settled in Bogota since 2004 where he started his studies as a cook and baker at Mariano Moreno School.

 

He is currently working in a personal catering business in which he seeks to translate A balance between aesthetic and healthy, also has a line of Artistic Pastry. This year he is participating for the second time in a row as Head Chef of the Bogota Wine and Food Festival.

 
 

DANIELA ROMERO

Graduated from the School of Gastronomy Mariano Moreno as cook and pastry maker. Has worked for more than six years in different sectors of gastronomy.

 

This is her third year working for the Bogotá Wine and Food Festival. In addition to working in the kitchen, Daniela is also a historian of the Universidad Javeriana, who is dedicated to investigate the history, the techniques and the flavors of Colombian cuisine.

 
 

MONICA SUAREZ
